Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (20+)

You must be at least 20 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2) Social casino / no real-money gambling

• The Service provides simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money and you cannot cash out.
• Virtual coins/currency/items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not constitute property.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, bots, automation, or exploiting bugs; attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent security.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content or activity.
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual currency/items outside the Service.
• Interfering with the Service, servers, or other users.

5) Virtual items and in-app purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual currency/items. Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual items within the Service. All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law; virtual items are not redeemable for cash and may be modified or discontinued.

6) Intellectual property; license

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKORAZ LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8) Dispute resolution; governing law

Contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute is not resolved, eligible claims may be brought before the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or, where applicable, the courts of New Zealand, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and Fair Trading Act 1986, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
